Dry forest, woodland, and mallee. Western Slopes.
Perennial herb to 0.30 m high, often climbing or trailing. Fruit more or less fleshy. Stems 4-angled, somewhat rough, with short curved hairs. Leaves in whorls of 6, 0.2–0.8 cm long, to 1 mm wide, more or less rough, tips pointed to blunt. Male and female flowers on separate plants. Flowers cream or white; male flowers 2–3 mm long; female flowers 1.5–2 mm long. Flowers funnel-shaped, with four lobes, in mostly 1–3-flowered tight clusters.
