Where found

In or at the margins of swampy grassland or in sphagnum bogs. Ranges between Bega and Bombala. Bondi State Forest, SE Forests National Park, and Nunnock Swamp.

Notes

Annual herb to about 0.5 m high. Stems rough with coarse short hairs. Upper stem leaves usually 0.6–2 cm long, 1–10 mm wide, rough with coarse short hairs, lower surface covered with stalkless glands, margins lobed to toothed with 1–5 pairs of teeth and a terminal tooth. Flowers yellow, 8–14 mm long, tubular, 2-lipped, the upper lip with 2 lobes, the lower lip with 3 lobes. Flowers clustered at the tops of the stems. Flowering: October–February

Family was Scrophulariaceae.
