Wet forest along creek banks. Gosford area.
Shrub to 5 m high. Leaves alternating up the stems, 8–19 cm long, 10–30 mm wide, margins sometimes wavy; surfaces hairless except for appressed hairs when young. Flowers with 4 'petals' joined together in pairs, 'petals' green becoming blue-grey then translucent cream, hairless outside, warty inside. Gynoecium 27–32 mm long; style red-brown to mauve, mostly hairless. Flower clusters 2–9-flowered. Flowers late winter to summer.
In the absence of specific information, seeds of all species of Grevillea have been keyed as having one wing.
