Shrubland and heath. Coast, ranges, and the eastern edge of the tablelands, north of Ulladulla and Queanbeyan. ACT.
Perennial herb, to about 0.1 m high, often prostrate to spreading. Leaves with sharp tips. Leaves in clusters along the stems, mostly 0.4–5.1 cm long, 1–2 mm wide, margins fringed; basal sheath membranous, 2.5–11 mm long.. Flowers white to pink, opening at night, with 6 'petals'. Outer 'petals' 3–4 mm long; inner 'petals' loosely tubular, 3–5 mm long. Flowers in 7–11-flowered clusters. Flowering: Aug.–Nov.
