Shrub to 1 m high. Leaves alternating up the stems, scattered, 0.7–5.5 cm long, 4–16 mm wide, tips pointed or blunt, without a mucro; margins entire or wavy and toothed or toothed, flat, upper surface loosely stellate-hairy (needs a hand lens or a macro app on your phone/tablet to see) and dark green, lower surface densely stellate-hairy and pale green. Flower heads 22–27 mm in diameter overall, with 14–15 white 'petals', and yellow centres. Flower heads single or clustered, at the tops of the stems. Flowering: November–February
