Where found

Swampy or moist terrain. Ranges and the eastern edge of the tablelands north from near Katoomba.

Notes

Shrub to 2 m high. Leaves alternating up the stems, scattered, 1–5 cm long, 7–25 mm wide, tips pointed or rounded, without a mucro; margins lobed, upper surface rough and green, lower surface yellow-stellate-hairy (needs a hand lens or a macro app on your phone/tablet to see). Flower heads with 7–15 white 'petals', and yellow to cream centres. Flower heads 21–30 mm in diameter overall, single or clustered, at the bases of the leaves. Flowering: July–December
