Where found

Moist to wet habitats. Coastal north from west of Jervis Bay. Sydney area away from the coast and the mountains to the west. ACT and nearby. Occasionally elsewhere.

Notes

Perennial herb to 0.40 m high. Leaves chiefly in a basal rosette, to 10 cm long, deeply dissected with a large terminal lobe and 1–4 pairs of narrow lateral lobes, or the leaves unlobed and the margins toothed to entire, with margins with scattered short hairs. Stem leaves alternating up the stems, few and narrow. Flowers with 4 white petals each 4–5.5 mm long. Flowers in clusters at the tops of the stems. Flowers spring–autumn. 'Pods' straight, 1.5–4 cm long, pointing up to spreading; stalks spreading, 5–40 mm long.
