Shrubland on a rocky hillside amongst granite boulders; known only from the Araluen district west of Moruya.
Shrub to 1 m high. Stems densely glandular warty, hairy with simple hairs, becoming hairless. Leaves aromatic when rubbed, opposite each other, compound, with 3 leaflets, the central leaflet 0.25–0.8 cm long, 2–4 mm wide, tips rounded to notched, upper surface warty, more or less hairless; lower surface more or less hairless, midvein more or less hairy, margins slightly rolled down, prominently glandular-toothed to more or less toothed. Flowers white or pale pink, with 4 petals each 2–3 mm long. Flowers with 4 stamens. Flower clusters shorter than the leaves, usually 1–3-flowered.
Endangered Australia. Critically Endangered NSW. Provisions of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 No 63 relating to the protection of protected plants generally also apply to plants that are a threatened species.
