Total length

Small to medium (2–8mm) (Fig. 1).

Distribution

Northern Territory, Queensland, New Guinea (Fig. 2).

Habitat

Tropical rainforest.

Spinnerets

Four. PLS segments equal in length; apical segment digitiform.

Cephalothorax

Caput of females gently raised, higher than thoracic portion; fovea of females more or less straight.

Eyes six; group tiny, about 0.3 of headwidth; two rows; rows equal in width; on tubercle.

Chelicerae fangs longitudinal; retromargin without teeth; intercheliceral tumescence in male absent; rastellum absent.

Maxillae about as long as wide; anterior lobe absent; serrula a single line of teeth; cuspules absent.

Labium wider than long; cuspules absent.

Sternum sigilla not evident or small.

Legs

Preening combs on metatarsi absent; tarsi with filiform trichobothria.

Claws three; paired claws with one row of teeth centrally; third claw dentate; tufts absent.

Scopula absent.

Male Palp

Cymbium with spines. Bulb pyriform with one apophysis.
