Moist places in heath, often near waterfalls. Coast, ranges, and the eastern edge of the tablelands north from Budawang National Park east of Braidwood. Coast and ranges south of Eden. Occasionally elsewhere.
Shrub to 3 m tall. Larger plants weep. Leaves aromatic when rubbed, opposite each other, 0.5-1.8 cm long, mostly 0.5-1 mm wide, margins entire, tips pointed. Flowers 5-6.5 mm in diameter, with 5 white petals, single. Flowers Summer.
Protected NSW. Rare Vic.
