Wet heath near along streams and in swampy areas. Within 20km of Nowra.
Shrub to 5 m tall. Bark grey and scaly. Leaves highly aromatic when rubbed, opposite each other, 0.3-0.5 cm long, 1.2-1.7 mm wide, tips squared off and curved down, margins entire, large oil glands in 2 small rows along the leaf on either side of the mid-rib, and scattered smaller glands. Flowers about 4.5 mm in diameter, with 5 cream to white petals, each 2–2.4 mm long. Flowers in pairs. Calyx lobes triangular. Flowers Spring to Summer.
