Flowers and fruits as a shrub 1-5 m tall.

Leaves phyllodineous. Leaf blades about 7.5-11 x 1.5-2.5 cm, petioles about 0.7-1 cm long. Venation longitudinal with about 3-5 veins more prominent than the rest.

Inflorescence about 1-3 mm diam. Flowers creamy white, sessile. Calyx 5-lobed, about 1 mm long, hairy on the outer surface. Petals elliptic to obovate, about 1.8 x 0.6 mm, glabrous. Stamens numerous, about 25-30 per flower. Anthers globose, less than 0.5 mm diam., filaments about 1.2 mm long, glandular. Style about 2 mm long, glabrous. Stigma terminal.

Pods woody, about 75-85 x 3-5 mm, longitudinally ribbed on the outer surface. Seeds about 5-8 in each pod, each seed about 6 x 2 mm, elliptic, funicle straight, about 10 mm long. Testa hard. Cotyledons about 6 x 2 mm, base cordate, radicle about 2 mm long.

Endemic to NEQ, known only from collections made in coastal dune vegetation between Cooktown and Cape Flattery. Altitudinal range very small, collected in areas slightly above sea level. Grows in closed forest communities or heathy vegetation on old sand dunes.
