Aerial stem-parasitic shrub. Epicortical runners absent (?).
Leaf blades rather thick and leathery, cracking along a straight line when bent back on themselves. Leaf blades about 2.2-5.2 x 0.6-2 cm, petioles about 0.2-0.5 cm long. Midrib and other veins immersed in the leaf tissue, not raised on either the upper or lower surface.
Flowers borne in triads, central flower sessile, lateral flowers on pedicels about 3-4 mm long. Umbels 3-rayed, rays about 6-7 mm long. Primary peduncle about 10-12 mm long. Calyx about 1 mm long, devoid of lobes. Corolla about 16-27 mm long. Anthers about 2-3 mm long, staminal filaments about 7-10 mm long, attached about halfway along the corolla. Style about 17-30 mm long, stigma globular, terminal. No ovules or locules visible in the ovary.
