Stem

Aerial stem-parasitic shrub. Epicortical runners absent.

Leaves

Leaf blades thick and leathery, about 4-5 x 1-1.2 cm, petioles about 0.1 cm long or absent. Leaf blades 3-5-veined.

Flowers

Flowers borne in triads, central flower +/- sessile, lateral flowers on definite stalks. Triads in 2-rayed umbels, the rays about 5-7 mm long. Primary peduncle about 6-18 mm long. Calyx about 0.8 mm long, without any obvious lobes. Corolla about 20-23 mm long. Anthers about 1.5-2 mm long, staminal filament about 8 mm long. Ovary about 1-1.5 mm long, lower part white-tomentose. Style about 20 mm long. Stigma small, +/- globular.

Distribution and Ecology

Endemic to WA (confined to the Kimberly Region). Altitudinal range not known, one specimen collected close to sea level. Sometimes found on trees in monsoon forest.
