Fruit about 20 mm diam., usually 2-lobed on a long stalk. Styles persistent. Cotyledons white or cream.

Distribution and Ecology
Occurs in CYP, NEQ and CEQ. Altitudinal range from near sea level to about 600 m. Grows in well developed rain forest, usually gallery forest along creeks and rivers. Also occurs in Asia, Malesia, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
