Fruit 3-lobed, lobes ellipsoid, about 8-15 mm long. Ripening red through purple-black. Seeds 9-12 mm long. Cotyledons thick and fleshy, one larger than the other.

Distribution and Ecology
Occurs in WA. Altitudinal range not great, from near sea level to 100 m. Grows in monsoon forest. Also occurs in SE Asia and Malesia.
