Stem

Flowers and fruits as a shrub about 3-5 m tall.

Leaves

Compound leaves usually consist of two leaflets. Leaflet blades about 5-8 x 2-3 cm, leaflet stalks about 0.2-0.5 cm long.

Flowers

Calyx about 2-3 mm long, twice as long as the corolla. Petal margins crenate, base cordate. Staminal filaments hairy towards the base. Stamens 7-8. Ovary hairy.

Distribution and Ecology

Endemic to CYP, known from Mt White near Coen and the Silver Plains area. Altitudinal range not known but collected at 300-350 m. Grows in vine thickets, monsoon forest and similar types of vegetation on scree slopes.
