Distribution

Occurs from Karlgarin S to near Newdegate, and c. 65 km due E of Newdegate between Lake King and Mt Gibbs, southern inland W.A.

Description

Phyllodes on raised stem-projections, 2–5 mm long, 0.8–1.5 mm wide, flat but thick; pulvinus 0.3–0.5 mm long. Peduncles 4–7 mm long. Seeds 4.5–5 mm long.

Habitat

Grows on lateritic hilltops or ridges with sand or clay, in open shrub mallee.

Specimens

W.A.: 3 km E by road of former Pederah Siding, B.R.Maslin 5775 (BRI, CANB, K, MEL, NSW, PERTH); 11 km E of Lake King, K.Newbey 9482-1 (MELB, PERTH).
