Leaves
Leaf blades 3-10 x 1 mm, petioles nil or very short. Leaf blades densely clothed in prostrate pale hairs.
Flowers
Inflorescence simple to three-branched. Floral bracts narrowly ovate to subulate. Calyx with fine hairs on abaxial surface with longer hairs on margins. Outermost calyx lobes 2.8-3.8 mm long. Corolla 7-10.5 mm long, outer surface with appressed hairs, inner surface with long hairs in the throat; lobes 2.5-4.5 mm long. Ovary 0.3-0.4 mm long; style1-2.1 mm long
Fruit
Mericarps included in calyx.
Seedlings
Mericarps broadly ovate to suboblong, 0.8-1.2 X 0.6-1.1 mm, with white hairs in upper part.
