Family Description

A family of 6-7 genera and 16 species, in Australia, New Guinea to New Zealand and New Caledonia, and in Chile; four genera occur naturally in Australia.

Genera

Daphnandra - A genus of six species endemic to Australia. Whiffin & Foreman (2007); White (1933).

Doryphora - A genus of two species endemic to Australia. Smith (1958); Whiffin & Foreman (2007).

Dryadodaphne - A genus of three species in New Guinea and Australia; one species occurs naturally in Australia. Smith (1958); Whiffin & Foreman (2007).
